1. Scope of Services

Boscoe Transportation LLC provides freight transportation, transit management, and warehousing services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that Boscoe acts as either a motor carrier or a logistics coordinator, depending on the specific service agreement active at the time of transit.

2. Quotes & Billing

All freight quotes provided are based on the dimensions, weight, and destination information provided by the client. Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are Net 30 from the date of invoice unless a separate credit agreement is in place.

3. Liability & Insurance

Our cargo liability is governed by the Carmack Amendment for domestic shipments, subject to specific limits stated in our individual customer contracts. Clients are encouraged to verify that their declared values align with the coverage limits provided by the carrier.

4. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising from our services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Jurisdiction shall rest exclusively with the courts located in Greeneville, TN.
